How can I resolve an issue with missing items in my order?Updated a year ago

If your package is delivered with missing items, reach out to us via chat at www.supergoop.com or at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will promptly submit a replacement order for the missing item/s.

You will not be charged for the cost of shipping for these replacement items, even if the invoice reflects shipping charges.
