How can I check the status of my order?Updated a month ago

You can check the status of your order 3 different ways:
1) Via the shipping confirmation email you receive.
2) Within your Supergoop! account page. You can login here!
3) Start a Live Chat, enter the email you used to place the order and click the "order status" button. It will automatically provide you with the tracking info on your last order.
4) Email us at hello@supergoop.
*If you are experiencing issues with your tracking number, rest assured your order has likely shipped. In the rare occurrence, that this happens, we have found that if you navigate to https://track.firstmile.com/ you can track your order there!
