We've made it super easy for you to create your Supergoop! account. You'll want to register here and sign up using the email that you placed the subscription with.

When will my subscription be delivered?

You will receive a email confirmation 5 days prior to your subscription order being processed. Once your subscription order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation followed by tracking information once it ships.

If you would like to change the delivery date/frequency for your subscription order, please feel free to log into your supergoop.com account and you can click "manage subscription" or contact us via-email [email protected].

Can I use AfterPay?

Unfortunately, AfterPay can not be used on subscription orders.

What payment methods are available for subscription orders?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, for subscription orders. Unfortunately, you can not use gift cards or AfterPay for subscription orders, and we cannot accept checks or money orders.

How do I sign up for a subscription?

Go to the product page for any Supergoop! product you would like to subscribe to and select the option for a subscription before you add to cart. You can add as many subscription items to your cart as you want!

How do I manage my auto-replenishment order and delay the next shipment date?

To manage your Auto-replenishment and adjust the next shipment date, please log into your account using the email associated with your Auto-replenishment . Once logged in, clock "Manage Auto-Replenishment," to update your preferences. If you encounte
